Seal
Signet rings can be used to seal scrolls or containers. You need to be wearing the ring and holding the item you wish to seal in your inventory. Doing this will leave the item sealed until someone uses the command break scroll. Once you break a seal on an item, you cannot reseal it. You can view the seal on an item via 'look seal'.
Scrolls cannot be read while sealed.
Containers cannot be opened while sealed.
Example:
> use signet scroll
> look seal
> break scroll
> use signet chest
> look seal
> break chest
Note:
If you have an item that cannot be used in this manner when the description indicates that it could, please report it via the typo command.
