Player helpers are players like yourself who are experienced with the game. They can answer questions and tell you when a question should be directed to the mud account or submitted through the request tool.

Please try to help them by writing your e-mails politely and concisely. Remember and appreciate that they, like the game staff, are volunteers. Note that they do not speak officially for the staff of the game.

Include "Armageddon" in the subject of your email.

Please only contact helpers with helper-related questions. It is not appropriate to use the provided information for non-game purposes.

If you do not receive a reply within two days, you may want to try another helper. It is okay to contact more than one helper at a time. Problems with helper replies should be sent to helpers@armageddon.org specifying the problem and the name of the helper. For a list of the helper guidelines see this page.
