Black holes coliding forms flat galaxies.
As two black holes spheres of no return approach eachother and touch, the particals
at this point of touching that are moving perpendicular to the line between the
two black holes would be able to move along that line with equal attraction from
both sides, and thereby escapeing both black holes.
Matter will continue to escape in this fashion forming a disk between the two
balls, until they ultimatly either loose enough mass to remain stable (and
create a large ball of mass) or join forces to create a new black hole.
